FUNCTIONAL FLOW

A slow paced but energizing yoga class with elements of functional movement. All fitness and skill levels are invited to join in – from students that are completely new to yoga to those more experienced practitioners who would like a slower pace for deeper foundation work. Learn, strengthen, breathe, stretch and relax your way into a positive week.

Options to book:

  • package: includes all 14 classes + 1 private session

This is tailored, individual session. We can identify your habitual movement patterns that no longer serve you and explore new ones. Have a fun and energizing class, find your favourite relaxation practice. Whatever you need on the day. You are welcome to bring your own mat but it is not necessary.

This is a strong class that focuses on balancing out our modern day lifestyle. I aim to bring more awareness to optimal posture and will help you gain more strength and mobility.

Prepare to be challenged but also to have fun in the process.

You will safely build strength and increase mobility in the body through dynamic vinyasa yoga fused with functional movement.

This movement class takes place at The Crossway in Twickenham on Thursday mornings (term time) and is invitation only at the moment but feel free to message me to be added to the wait list for Tuesday circle.

  • yoga mat
  • 2 yoga blocks
  • some blankets and pillows

A slow paced but energizing movement class with elements of functional movement, mobility training and yoga. This well rounded class is a perfect antidote to prolonged sitting with the main focus on the neck, the upper and lower back.

All fitness and skill levels are invited to join.
