14 Functional Flow classes
A slow paced but energizing yoga class with elements of functional movement. All fitness and skill levels are invited to join in – from students that are completely new to yoga to those more experienced practitioners who would like a slower pace for deeper foundation work. Learn, strengthen, breathe, stretch and relax your way into a positive week.
