You can book a 1-2-1 session with me at my home studio or I can come to your home if we live in the same area.

I recommend booking a 4 class package to start your journey.

During our first session I will take a full assessment of you to understand what kinds of exercises, movement modalities, techniques are right for you. We will co-create a practice that suits your specific goals.

How long are the sessions?

60 min or 75 min at my home studio.

Where do we meet?

At my home studio in TW1 or at your home, workplace (Twickenham & St. Margarets)

How much does it cost?

50 GBP at my home studio or 60 GBP at your home/office.

What do I need?

A yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks are essential. Extras: strap, bolster, therapy balls, blankets.

You are welcome to bring your own mat when you come to practice at my home studio but it is not necessary.

5.

How do I prepare?

Wear comfortable clothes that allows you to move around freely.

It is totally fine to eat a light snack before your yoga class. Please allow 3-4 hours to pass after eating a heavy meal.
